I'm currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Aalto University and a Research Fellow at the RISE Management Innovation Lab of the University of St. Gallen. My research focuses on organizational routines and their role in innovation and strategy work as well as on discursive practices and rhetoric in legitimization processes. I draw on qualitative data from ethnographies conducted at scientific research laboratories as well as on textual data to study these phenomena from a practice and process-based perspective.
